DROPBOX

Dropbox is a tool that allows users to store files online so they can access them from any computer. To join dropbox is free but the free version can store only two gigs of memory. If you need more space you can order it, but in this case you will have to pay.

The advantages offered by Dropbox is that you can have the files stored there and not have to go copying information from one computer to another using USBs or emails. Another good thing is that you can edit the information from any computer and if you have Dropbox installed on different computers automatically updated information log on to the internet. Also, if you prefer to use a
previous version of a file, Dropbox saves all changes made to files so you can retrieve chainged information.

However, there are still some things to improve. For example, the thing that
most bothers me is that if I open a file from the web, I find that opens me a read-only copy and I cannot edit the information.
